The best way to see Charlotte!

Driving back to Atlanta from North Carolina to retrieve a new-to-me Heron Road (more on that when I've worked on the bike a bit)

I stopped in Charlotte and had the pleasure and the privilege to ride with Pam Murray. She loaned me a Cheviot from her "bike library" and led a neighborhood ramble on her beloved Betty through that beautiful city. Thank you, Pam.

This ride follows May's lakeside ramble in Michigan with Leah Peterson. Riv riders everywhere!

Biking is indeed the best way to see any city or town. If anyone else is driving through and has time, please do stop for a ride. I have Rivs in 47, 50, 55 and 60 for you to ride. Give me a few days notice since I'm usually out and about on my bike.

Love this! While I have no plans to be in the area in the foreseeable future, I sure as heck won't pass through without taking up this offer.
