FS: Technomic Deluxe 7cm stem

I picked up a nice Romulus here, and it came with a 7cm Technomic Deluxe stem. I've set up a different cockpit, so this stem is for sale. It wants a 26.0mm handlebar. There is some scratching on the top of the clamp, like somebody worked on the bike "Pasadena style". This has the 190mm Technomic Deluxe quill, not the 225mm Tallux quill.
My rule of used stuff (TM) is that mechanically perfecto, cosmetically used stuff should always be half-retail. So half retail from a Tallux gets us to $44 plus actual shipping.
