FS: Custom Orlowski Sport Tourer Cantilever Frameset, Fillet Brazed (59ST/58TT)

I had this frameset custom built by seasoned Polish frame builder Jacek Orlowski in 2020 while living in Europe, but faced some major health issues around that time and never was able to ride it. As such, it has about 250 kilometers on it, and I need to sell it to make some room now. Full specs as I requested them at the time of building:

Head tube angle: 72°
Seat tube angle: 72.5°
Fork offset: 60mm

Top tube length: 58cm

Seat Tube length: 59cm

Head tube length: 18.1cm

Chainstay length: 435mm

Tire clearance: 700c x 38mm with fenders (45mm without)
Fork: 1 ⅛” threadless, front rack mounts, dynamo cable guides on right blade, fender mounts
Brake mounts: Cantilever w/ in-built rear hanger
Bottom bracket: 68mm English threaded
Frame mounts: pump peg under top tube (horizontal), rear fender
Bottle mounts: 2 in main triangle, 1 under down-tube
Dropouts: 100/135mm QR, vertical rear dropout
Chainring clearance: 46/30 double
Rear dynamo routing: Through downtube and BB shell (no exit port)
Fender mounts: Vertical threaded mount at the bottom of the headtube and on seatstay bridge
Shifter bosses: on downtube

Of note are the scratches on the head tube, as I was running a handlebar bag and didn't cover it because I had a custom head badge to install but never got around to it (not included).
