Snagged these from Bill Lindsay earlier this year, rode them about 50 miles (I don't ride much due to physical limitations), these will work well to convert a road frame to singlespeed or Roaduno style 2- or 3-speed with tensioner. 

Mavic A319 rims, in silver, 32H.  25.5mm outside width

Phil Wood high flange track front hub, Allen-key bolt on, in silver

Surly Ultra New rear hub in silver.  Fixed/Free

Sapim Race spokes (2.0/1.8/1.0) in silver

16T fixed cog and 18T Freewheel included, will also include 16t freewheel 

Comes with newish Kenda Kwest 700x28 tires and tubes
