Hello- I have only had this bike for a few months.  It is a bit tall for me (PBH 89), so am hoping someone will be able to make good use of it.  Comes with basic pedals (one-side SPD), spring bell, nice fenders, two sets of tires, no saddle, two more sets of new 650b tires (pictured) negotiable...$900.
Has one minor blemish on the top tube where (I am presuming) the bar end shifter rubbed the paint  when the handlebar was turned too far.  More detailed pictures available upon request.  Thank you.

Beautiful bike! If you haven’t tried it, a shorter stem may dial that right in for you.

With abandon,
Patrick

Hello all-
In the interest of full disclosure/transparency, I wanted to add photos showing some cosmetic defects.  Here you go:

hmmm...do I need a spare? I have a 61 Bleriot and love it.  FYI...my pbh is also 89 and I find the size perfect for me.  In fact it's probably the smallest bike I own.

Those were my thoughts, a 61 seem on par for an 89 PBH.

I can't believe I'm asking this about a Rivendell, but what does the built up frame weigh? I was suffering  on the hills on my Crust LB this weekend, and might be in the market for a lighter 650B bike.

For fun I will guess 26.5lbs. As pictured without saddle.

Bleriots are fantastic bikes,BTW. This is a nice price, too. Some of the best decals ever in a Rivbike and an extremely comfortable ride. The metallic blue sparkles in the sun. Lights up the bike. Cannot be conveyed in pictures.

I’ve never weighed it but it’s certainly no light weight. I’d guess lum is pretty close....could easily loose a couple pounds by changing the saddle and bag. In spite of the weight it never feels like a dog to me. Very comfortable on long rides.

I thought my Bleriot was gorgeous and with a pink Chris King headset it was even prettier I thought. I should have kept it.

John G-  I can check the weight when I return to my apartment next Friday.  I really can not even venture a guess.

Someone had asked about the bike's location.  It is in Fremont, CA, until Sept. 2.  I will then move to San Diego.

To clarify for all, I felt OK riding the bike, but thought the sizing chart indicated the 61 cm was the largest made, so thought it may have been too big.  Seems like a lot of people with the same PBH have done fine with the 61.

Thanks for all the nice comments.

Best regards,
Pat

89 PBH checking in, 61cm Bleriot was perfect for me.

Great bike and price! I loved my Bleriot... should not have sold it when I did!
