That model was built with the fork from a Simple One and it has horizontal Riv dropouts so it would be easy to set up as a single speed. (I have one of them).

Bill, any idea what 57cm means on this frame?

Riv sold it as a 58, but it has much more of a dropped top tube than lugged Rivs. It’s a solid size Large. It may measure 57cm from the center of the BB to the top of the top tube.
