Which bolt for a rack?

Trying to install a rack on my Hillborne and I don't have the bolt to attach the support to the fork crown. Anyone know offhand what size the bolt is? Thanks y'all!

I’m in the middle of this same issue. I finally ordered the “Frame Mounting Hardware for Fenders” directly from SKS. It was $8 with free shipping. It hasn’t arrived yet so I can’t give you a report but looks promising. I also ordered some leather washers from Velo Orange. I’m already waiting for the bolt and maybe the washers will cut down on noise and protect the paint?
