In an effort to clear up space I have the following for sale.
New Trek 520 complete bike, 57cm
Bought this as a frameset several years ago. Finally got it built as a bike. Test road a couple time and has sat. This is one of three green 700c wheeled touring bikes I have (1987 Schwinn Voyageur, Heron Touring/Wayfarer). Trek would be a keeper it were not for having the other two. Built with a mix old and new Shimano parts. Bike is set up as a 3x8 with 6 speed downtube shifters in friction mode. Despite Treks conservative notation, the bike can take up to a 700x45c tire. Currently has some Bontrager GR1 Comp 700x40c. Will try to get pic posted soon. Asking $650 for complete bike including new Bontrager rack, Portland Design Works Power Stance kickstand. Will also include slightly used Bontrager frame pump and Trek silver bottle cage. I have the receipt from the purchase still. Will include with sale. I never registered the frame with Trek, so still covered under warranty if anything come about with the frame.
Used Trek 520 Disc, 60cm
This frame was broken at the seat collar area. Had it repaired by Yellow Jersey Bikes in Madison, WI area. Built up as a flat bar 29er with 2.2 tires. Has Shimano Deore 9 speed brifters and some no name mechanical disc brakes. Pretty much a part bin build. Bike rolls nice. Too big for me. Asking $600.
Used Campagnolo mini groupset
This is a mix of Campy items.
Record 8 speed brifters
Racing T triple crank 52, 42, 30. 30 tooth ring is a Shimano, 175mm
Bottom bracket
Centaur 9 speed long cage rear der
Veloce triple braze on front der
Look type clipless pedals
Had it on a bike, but barely used it. Parts work fine. Just looking to move these along.
