Hi everyone - it’s fun to see your great builds! I finally got around to taking photos of the 54cm Sage Sam I received from Cycle CL in January. I had planned to take more time putting everything together, but the warm winter weather has been highly motivating. This is my first Riv and the first wheelset I’ve built myself. Several parts came off an ’86 Miyata 1000 I’ve ridden for almost two decades. My approach was strongly influenced by Grant’s drop-bar build.
It’s a busy season of life, and my riding is mostly limited to a 30k daily commute beside the Bow River in Calgary - which this bike has made much more enjoyable.
Cheers,
Tyler
