FS: 56cm Rambouillet Drop Bar Racing Green $1900

Selling my Ram because I bought a drop bar mountain bike for some of my upcoming planned trips and was informed that the number of bikes I need to keep is x minus 1.  I am the 2nd owner.  It is a 56cm that I had set up with Albatross bars that I am moving over to my Sam, so the Ram is rebuilt as a drop bar with bar-end Shimano currently indexed.  Photos can be linked here.  I hope I did this correctly. It looks like #1201(?) on the bb, so per the Cyclofriend link, it was made in 2007 making it almost 20 years old.

Wheels made at Rivendell with Silver Hubs; Nitto Handlebar; Techtronic Stem, Shimano Bar Ends, Shimano Brake Levers, Conti 4 Season 32cm, Tektro Mid-Range Brakes (new shoes), King Cage bottle cages; new Sora Triple front derailleur; Deore XT 9 speed rear derailleur; new SRAM 9 speed chain; Sugino Triple 48/40/28 172.5 crank length., new IRD QB55 - Square Taper Bottom Bracket; new cables and housing, just plastic pedals but I can throw in clipless Deore XT pedals if you ride clipped, Nitto one bolt seat post; Brooks B17 saddle (can sub the Riv Plastic Vegan saddle if preferred).  

Normal beausage for the era.  Bottom bracket had some rust, so I recently treated, removed the rust down to the steel frame and repainted.   

I can ship at your cost or facilitate a pickup/delivery locally in the DMV.  Yes, that is what we call it around here in DC, MD and VA.  I suppose I could be persuaded to deliver it to the Saturday day of the Philly Bike Expo if I come by car and cancel my train ride from DC to Philly.

Really nice bike...but...not to be rude or anything...those bottle cages look like they're upside down? If I was in the market, it wouldn't be a deal-breaker...just curious
