Hillborne Seatcluster Question

What year did the Sam Hillborne model switch over to the new ball and socket seat cluster style? 

Bonus points if anyone knows what exact model year had the old seat stay attachment and came in orange?

Can't give you an answer K but as someone who's on the lookout for an older Sam* (and preferably Orange, natch) I'll be watching this with interest. My guess would be very late 2010s though. 

 (* in Europe to boot, a 'crazy dream', no doubt :D)

The September 10, 2020 newsletter says this:

The changes from the last batch are minimal:

• Ball n socket seatlugs
• Slightly longer chainstays. The 60cm has the longest at 48.5cm. They were too short before.

The colors for that batch were Dark Gold and RBW Blue.

and in 2024 the Sam also switched to downtube shifter bosses, which make life easier if you want to use indexing. 2025 has room for slightly larger tires.

I would like an orange Sam, but think downtube bosses and clearance is more important. In 2026 the colors are going to be Mermaid green and Dark Gold.
