Hi all,
Up for sale is a 60cm Cheviot, which I think is a 2014 model. Check out
Riv's write up for sizing information. I'm 5'10" with 84.5 pbh, and the 60 has fit great, with several different setups.
It is an amazing bike but my stable is growing by 2 this month, so I need to make some room.
As you will see in the photos, this is a unique build, with Crust Towel Racks (675mm) on an 8cm DirtDrop stem. If you can get past the look and into the saddle, you will experience one of the most smooth, blissful experiences you've had on a bike. The setup lends to all day riding.
The condition of the frame is excellent, no dents or bends, though there are chips in the paint from parking on racks.
Here is the rest of the build:
Cockpit:
Brake levers- Shimano Tiagra
Shifter-- Shimano bar end
Bar tape -- ESL grips & wrap
Standard FSA headset
Paul Funky Monkey cable stop
(bell not included)
Drivetrain:
Crankset-- Sugino double w/chainguard, single 34t ring
Rear der-- Altus
Wheelset: Velocity A23 OC, XT hubs, 10sp (disc
compatible), 32 spoke. 9 sp cassette included. Set up tubeless with G-One 2.0 with plenty of tread left on them. Wheels were
handbuilt at
Monkey Wrench Cycles in Lincoln, NE.
(pedals not included)
Brakes:
F&R Paul Racers, black, with black Moon Units
Problem Solver cable stop
Saddle-- Brooks B17, black, will include Randi Jo seat cover
Seatpost-- Nitto lugged
(I can include security chain on saddle if desired.)
Will also include Jandd Standard rear rack
I want to keep cheap fenders and bottle cage.
I'm asking $1850 for the complete build, plus shipping costs.
I am interested in moving everything, so I will listen to those offers first, but I am open to parting it out or selling as a partial build.
Thanks for looking!
