ISO short quill stem (60-80mm) for my Albastache

Looking to try out Albastache and need a short 26.0 quill stem. Would like a Nitto deluxe, as I don't need the extension of the standard technomic.

I have one that I think is a 60, it measure two inches from center of bolt to center of clamp. Nitto Technomic.

7.875 or 7 7/8 inches bottom of the stem bolt to bottom of the bend.
