Hello dear people,

I am ISO a Rambouillet in size 56, preferably as a frameset in grey, but please don't hesitate to offer other colors or completes in 56.

I would like to use it for brevets and CC touring. Shipping to EU on my expense would be required, pick-up of the boxed bike would be arranged.

Thank you very much for considering and best regards,
Jonas

Note that the only stock colors for Rambouillets were blue, orange, and green. The only grey Rambouillets I've seen have been re-sprays.

That is correct. Mine is blue, riding pal's on green, and we all know about orange.

Thank you so much for this important information, @Jeremy! This served as primary source of inspiration and I was under the (false) impression that this must have been a stock color: https://theradavist.com/gideons-ss-coupler-rivendell-rambouillet-road/

Update: After learning the grey wasn't a stock color for the Rambouillet and spending more time researching the 2000s Rivendell Road models, I would like to extend my search to the other 700c and 650b models in a comparable size in the 54-56 range:
  • Saluki
  • Bleriot
  • Romulus/Redwood
I would even go a step further and say that one of the 650b models could be more interesting for what I am looking for. Framesets or 'rolling chassis' are preferred. Thanks in advance for any potential offer.

Best, Jonas
