Grant (or anyone heading to the Valley of the Sun): If you have the time, try to get up to Dreamy Draw Rec. Area. It is an amazing place to hike and bike in the middle of the urban sprawl. Riding Trail 100 is my favorite thing to do when visiting family out there: http://www.flickr.com/search/?w=64942209@N00&q=trail%20100 Have rode it on a Rockhound, Quickbeam, Bleriot and All-Rounder.  I doesn't get old!
