Hello folks!
I was fortunate to get a Roscoe Bubbe Platypus back in 2022. 60 cm. I have thought for awhile that Rivendell should sell this model outright. It appears to have happened with the Yellowolley! Only difference I can see is the seat tube and stays are lugged and brazed, going for a more elegant look than the Hubbuhubbuh seat clamp and tig welded stays on the Roscoe Bubbe Plat. Also no brazeons on the fork crown! If $2500 for a complete is real, then they should be popular!
Recently the trend among Rivendell offering is phasing out the largest sizes. I need the big size myself, and the smoothest riding Riv I own is a 64cm Clem! With 57mm tires, it flows down the street! Makes the Roscoe Bubbe feel sporty in comparison and my 63cm Appaloosa feel like a standard road bike with 38mm tires. Big bikes sell slower!

Someone should make a light mount that utilizes the fork crown braze ons?

Go Rivendell!

Unfortunately, YelloWolley doesn't get the fork crown w/ M5 bosses.  But your lamp mount is a good idea.

I may be the biggest Cygolite fan on the planet, and every bike has their tail-lamp and a Gino mount and bracket for their headlamp.

My favorite use for the M5 bosses on the fancy RBW fork crown is horizontal struts on Mark's rack.

and I did it again.
I like to add a Gino mount to Mark's/ M-18 rack strut on a Nitto clevis bolt, by roll-tapping M6 threads in the Gino.
I can slide it up or down to clear a rando bag.
