WTB or Trade for: Original Albatross bars and or Ortho bars

I'm hoping to shake loose some original Albatross bars, the 25.5 and wider version about 22 7/8" outer end to outer end. Original Albatross bars you question? Yes, I didn't realize the shape had changed either. I remember liking the first pair I had back in 2010-11 maybe on a Sam H. Sold the bike and the bars with it and then every time I tried them after I couldn't get along with them, always feeling too narrow for my wide shoulders. So I started flaring them out which kind of worked. A friend recently claimed he had the "funky original" albatross and let me borrow them and of course they are exactly what I remember. These do not have the B352 stamp like the current Albas do, just Nitto.

I have a contemporary pair of Albatross I could trade for them. Also looking for some Ron's Ortho bars if anyone is holding, but I'm not paying $187 for them, Crust will restock next month they said.

Justin, I have a set of 56cm cr-mo that are as original as  know of as I had them before I bought my Bomba used from this list is 2011. One end is marked B352, 56cm. As you found out these are notable different from the later 55cm ones, be it cr-mo or aluminum. I bought some thinking they'd just be less wide from the middle, but no, they changed everything ! The surface has a couple of tiny superficial rust spots. I think I covered them with clear nail polish as they never progressed. Otherwise they are in great shape. I used an open face stem with them so the curve don't have any marks from a stem squeeze. The inside ends are clean as I had well lubed bar end brake levers in them. I removed the grease. I did find a box for them too. I'd sell them to you though, I'm not interested in any other bars right now than a VO Nouveau Randp bar, a Zipp Ergo 80 or Ritchey Skyline Comp, all 44cm. I'd ask $56 plus whatever shipping may be. I'd look for the best rates from Bikeflights/Pirate Ship and such.
