I should have added the front Backroller Sports to carry 10 or 15 lb of the total. With 42.25 lb all in the Backroller Classics the rear of the lightweight, thinnish-wall, normal gauge bike wagged like a happy puppy. But the laden return was very short and I have to say I’d rather wag the rear than ride a over-stiff, over-rigid frame unladen on the inbound run. Once I got the bike to seated steady-state, all was well.

Riv content: 2020 Matthews IGH custom geometrically if not the appointments cloned from my 1999 Joe Starck fixed gofast forever-and-ever custom.

But wouldst gabble like a thing most brutish,

I endowed thy purposes with words that made them known.

It’s a 1956 Sturmey Archer 3 speed fixed gear hub (installed in a modern aluminum 32-hole shell): direct (48X17X 25.” wheel = 72”, 90% = 65”, and 75% = 54”.)

Yes, Prospero to Caliban, The Tempest. My clientele are Calibans.

“I endowed thy purposes with words that made them known” is Shakespeare’s verbal genius at its best.
