I received my PAUL Components Neo-Retro Silver brakeset in the mail yesterday with these KOOL-STOP ThinLine All Weather Brake Pads. 

I already have a much more preferred set of KOOL-STOP Ebike brake pads that I will be using  instead. 

Therefore, these are free for the postage of $15.00.
