Relocating a B&M Toplight

I have a B&M toplight mounted to my rear rack at the moment, but I'd like to take off the rack and run a bit leaner for a while....has anyone experimented with mounting the toplight to a surface other than a rear rack?  

I suppose I could just go without the light, and remove the wiring up to the headlight, but if I could continue using the taillight,  I would choose to do so..

Sold out on Riv's site right now, but can be found elsewhere for around $40. It'd probably cost you 1/2 that for a mount to relocate the Toplight anyway.

We have plenty of the saddle rail mounts in stock. The only problem with the saddle rail mount is what to do if you're using a saddle bag.

The Secuzed taillight is out of stock but due back in mid November. We have an order the size of Nebraska coming from Busch & Müller.
