New Bike Month (s) Sam Hillbourne

Hi,

I got this Sam Hillbourne back in August. It's been as much fun to build as it has been to ride. It's not entirely finished. The dynamo lights need to be set up and there are a few other minor adjustments but overall, it should be good for the winter commutes ahead.

After reading about Rivendell bikes for so many years now, it's great to to finally be able to ride one.

Congrats! I really like the super dark green frame, bar tape, and rack!

Thanks very much.  It wasn't  so much a deliberate  choice to have these colours but more an effect of the frame with the parts I took off my daily. I was surprised how it turned out really.

That said, riding it around town, I've never had so many strangers stop and give compliments.
