Not likely--I think few were built--but you never know, right? Size 59 would be best. 
I still enjoy the Heron Touring bike I have ridden now for about ten years.

Hi Mike,

I've seen the bike advertised; it's too bad, but a 55 would be too small for me. I regret I wasn't paying attention to Herons when they came on the market in the early 2000s from one owner and then another, Ted and Todd. Both former owners still back the bikes as very good, each of them, on their respective terms.
