FS: Sam Hillborne frameset + wheels

Selling my partner's Sam Hillborne, since she just got a platypus to replace it. We were second owners and it's been in southern California it's whole life. Someone told me this particular iteration was made at Waterford, but I don't know if that's true or if it matters. Condition is great. Clean, no dents, dings or rust. Definitely some paint chips here and there that I tried to photograph. Also some shellac spray from doing the bar tape.  PHOTOS HERE

Wheelset- 650b Velocity Synergy to Shimano LX hubs. DT swiss spokes, built by Rich at Hands on Wheels. 

Frame, Fork, Tange headset, Bottom Bracket, Sakae seatpost, Front derailler and Wheelset included.

Asking $1100 plus shipping, and very much prefer a local sale in the Los Angeles area.

To add more info/answer some of the questions i've got

-I havent maxed out tire clearance, but there was no issue with 48mm tires on this frame. A previous hillborne i had fit 50mm tires fine without fenders

-HT measurement is 14cm

-Front Derailler is Campy Mirage.
