Which is easier to electrify? Clem L or Susie W? Any advantages or disadvantages one over the other? Thank you!

Susie is easier because you have a triangle to fit a battery in at the bottle cage bosses. Clem L has the bosses on top of the toptube and you have to make sure there's enough room between the headtube and curve at the rear for the battery.
