64cm Clem L ( should I preorder)

I like smart bikes but have way to many. They do not make a Cheviot that would fit me, I had but sold a jumbo mountain Mixte Rosco before building it up.
I am 6’6”ish 220-240ish with a 99.5PBH in my early fifties. Is there a good/great reason to get a step through at this stage of my cycling career?
I have no gaps in my cycling bike needs.
Should move some giant Riv bikes/frames but worked to hard accumulating them.
What do I do?
Leah I know you think I should get one so simply tell me which color 😂!

I don't think anyone will dissuade you from buying a big Clem L and even if you bought one and changed your mind, you'd likely find an easy sale.

I find too many bikes overwhelming. My count is currently four, but I aspire to reduce to two. (Can't seem to do it though).

Ryan, my 6’3” dad just got his in RBW blue today. I recommend you do the same in 64 cm. What isn’t to like about the Clem? Mine needed a little lightening up (which Analog Cycles sweetly helped me accomplish), but the weight of a Clem should be nothing to you with the body measurements you gave. I sidelined a lovely, fully lugged Betty Foy in favor of the Clem ride. There is no bad news with a Clem. And as for top tubes...those are out, mixtes and step-throughs are in!

Oh, there are gaps. Sooooo many gaps. Between any two points there are an infinite number of gaps. The real question is contentment. Are you content without filling those gaps? Can you be? Is there a need, or just wants that can be elevated to needs? Or wants that you have no issue filling? Only you can answer them thar questions. Grin. Enjoy wrestling!

ryan, will at riv told me he thinks the new cheviot/whatever 60 would fit me, whereas the old 60 was a bit small. you're a little taller than me, but might be worth checking.  tom horton
