2025 59cm Atlantis actual tire clearance?

hi! need advice/recs please

*facts:*

-2025 Atlantis 59cm frame 

-i have velocity cliffhanger (25mm internal rim width)

-i am not a weight weenie, although i don't want tires that weigh over 900 grams each 

-this is solely my responsibility if the recommendation doesn't work  

-i am a sleek 245 lbs

*want:*

-each ride i take is 25% road -and- 75% gravel+dirt+little bit of roots ; off road capabilities are more important

-i really want something that calipers to 57mm, 58mm, 59mm, 60mm on these rims

-please, even if your intentions are good do not quote the frame spec from the website to me, someone at riv verbally told me that, off the menu, a 700 x 2.4" could likely fit--and i have encountered a few blurry photos social media of 2.3" tires on this frame and rim combo

-fenders will be off for this wheelset

- i am considering the schwalbe G-one or more aggressive/more knobby

-these will be run with tubes so puncture protection is a consideration

I have a 2025 59cm Atlantis with Cliffhangers and 29x2.4" Kenda Saber Pros. They measure 59mm and have plenty of space. 60mm is no problem. Not close.
