I’m currently looking for a Rivendell Atlantis (47 cm) or a Rivendell Hillborne (48 cm). If anyone has one they’re thinking of selling, I’d love to hear about it.

I’m located in Pasadena, CA and would be happy to pick up locally in Southern California or cover shipping if needed.

You didn't ask, but maybe this is worth mentioning anyway.  FWIW, the Appaloosa presale started today.  It's probabably the equivalent of 90% Atlantis + 10% Hillbourne.
