Looking for Maruni patches

Rivendell used to sell the "Einstein patch kit" that included a small tube of vulcanizing fluid and a handful of patches made by Japanese firm Maruni. While the vulcanizing fluid wasn't appreciably different from the widely available Rema, the paper-thin Maruni patches were. The patches are particularly welcomed when patching the thinner lightweight tubes I prefer. Unfortunately the patches are not available on Rivendell's website anymore, so I'm on a mini quest to find an alternative source.
Does anyone know where else these patches are sold? The Maruni website claims that their products are exported to the US, but I suspect they are referring to their industrial automotive products, since googling didn't return anything useful. There's an eBay seller hawking Maruni patches, but those are not the small 21mm or 25mm circular patches I'm looking for. If possible, I want to purchase Maruni's "BB-Q" bulk pack that has 200 of the 21mm patches. If I can also get their 200mL can of vulcanizing fluid, that will be a nice bonus. Yes, I'm a bike nerd who's planning a tube-patching party.
