New post up on the Analog Cycles website.  Updates on our w(Right) stem project as well as a recent rad Clem build we did.  1x11 gearing with 11-46 rear spread.  Set up as a do everything whip.  What we used to call a Whatevering bike.  Lots of pics and details in the article.  If you have questions, email me.  We're getting ready to move our shop 500 miles north, and too busy to reply to big comment threads!

Nancy is going to love that bike. I had one and agree the color is fabulous.

Joe, you're right, I am loving this bike. It's early days yet but Ithe first 30-40 miles I spent on it have been a delight.

Some of you might remember my query a month or so about Clems. It lead to a long thread of comments. That was great - it gave me a lot to think about. Then came James and Candice's  offer of a reduced price full build on existing frames -- and now I'm the happy owner of Clem Jr (which would be a Clem L now).

James and I had a thorough conversation prior to finalizing the components. Candice did a fantastic job on the build. The components James points out in his blog post? Each one of them is great. I'm looking forward to more miles together this weekend, when we head out for the Cycle NC Coastal Ride.

Here's my new Crust Lightning Bolt via Analog. The only Riv content - besides that rivbike.com is where I discovered these fine folks - is the bar bag, but I wanted to show it off here anyway cuz I'm a Riv guy!

Cool! Where did you find the SRAM rear derailleur with the pinkish pulley or was it customized?

Doug, it’s customized with KA Engineering pulleys.  -James
