I am grudgingly getting closer and closer to refurbishing a cheap,
"Parliament" folder -- the kind that was sold in the '80s under half a
dozen names. Folder fixie, maybe. Anyway, the fork has a right-side
bottle dynamo tab that must be used, but the wheels are 20". Any ideas
about a cheap bottle that at 15 mph on 451 mm? 419mm? wheels won't
cause huge drag?

Cheap, low drag are the chief requirements.

Thanks.

It's like this one, but named "Parliament". I may replace the name
with a "Rivendell" decal -- is that OK?

Bottle dynamos don't care what size the wheel is. Tire linear velocity and hence bottle dynamo RPM is equal to bike speed, regardless of rim diameter.
cheers,

As far as I know, low drag equals expensive and cheap equals high drag. I'd like to know, too, if cheap and low are available in one.

Aha! Is this so? Thought experiment (brow furrowed). Yes, you are
right -- it's like dragging the bottle's roller on the ground.

Great! Thanks.
