Got the fenders in this week and I put them on the romulus today. I
just about ruined my fun by cutting the stays too short but with grand
bois cypres tires labeled 30mm - measured 32mm. I had no trouble
getting the longboard fenders that riv sells under the brakes and
clear. Worked out right well, actually. I suspect that the jackbrowns
might be pushing it a bit - but there MAY be enough room.

Pictures are *always* good! I've been thinking about getting a set or
three of the longboards, so I'd also like to hear your feedback on the
fenders.

also - the video that riv did of how to install the longboards? It
couldn't be more perfect if it tried.
The video instructions are, roughly, a billion times better than the
terse paper instructions which come with the fenders.

Thanks for posting the pics, Seth, and the video link, too (haven't watched it yet, but it's bookmarked). Those fenders look like they'll provide much better coverage than the regular sks jobs. Nice bike, by the way!

Glad they worked out. It's nice that they're available. I certainly
wouldn't purchase the P45s again now that the LBs are available. But
then again, I have to say, I've got a pair of P45s that are 4yrs old
and holding up just fine, no cracks or anything.
