Last call before eBay: Schwalbe HS620 700x50, $60 shipped

Hello again. I had no interest in the tires at the original price, so I dropped the price and thought I’d give one last call here before moving the tires to eBay.

I bought these tires from Rivendell, but rode them only about 20 miles until I sourced some wider Schwalbe Big Bens for my Bombadil.

 

These seem to be the only old-school wire-bead tire currently on the Riv site. You can read the details here: https://www.rivbike.com/products/tire-schwalbe-green-marathon-hs620. If nothing else, note the bold, yet cautious, claim that this may be the “best all-around touring/commute tire in the world, probably.”

 

Purchase price was $110 without shipping. My price for the pair of Schwalbe HS620 700x50 (2 inch) tires is $60, which includes U.S. shipping.
