Hello All,
I'm selling my 60cm Rivendell Cheviot. I'd like $1900 as-is including Nitto front rack.
If you'd prefer a rolling chassic (f/f/hs/bb/wheels/brakes) - $1500
Either way, shipping is on the buyer via bikeflights.

It's a 60cm frame and has the following:
Crank: Silver 175 double w/ chainguard
Brakes: Tektro 559
Stem: 110 Nitto Technomic
H-Bar: Nitto Losco
Shifters: Rear - Silver 2 thumbie  Front - Microshift thumbie mounted on stem
Rear Der: XT Rapid Rise
Wheels: Rich/Hands On Wheels build Velocity Synergy to LX hubs
Seatpost/bb/hs: complimentary standard Riv

No saddle/pedals included.

If you have any questions, let me know. I also have Bosco and Choco bars that I would gladly substitute for the Losco bars currently on this.

Best,
Eric Nolan

Hi all,
I've had some interest, but no bites.

I'm the second-owner of the Cheviot and have enjoyed the bike tremendously. It's been a great fun & commuter bike for me. At this point I prefer the ride of my 650b'd RivRoad for spirited rides and my Handsome XOXO for mixed terrain and commuting (My large rear bag actually has enough room to utilize w/ 26" wheels, it never worked well with my low saddle height on the Chev). That doesn't leave much riding for the Cheviot so I'd like to find it a good new home. I know the Platypus seems abundant, but I like the profile of the Chev, especially the straight lines of the 60cm frames.

Currently it's set up with Rene Herse 38's (Barlow Pass), but the bike accepts and looks and rides great with the Rene Herse 48 knobbies (Oracle Ridge). I'll include my pair of used, but plenty of riding life left RH Oracle Ridge tires in the sale.

How about I remove the front rack and change out the rear derailleur to a standard LX of similar vintage and lower the price down to $1700 + shipping for complete -or- $1400 + shipping for rolling chassis (f/f/hs/wheels/tires/brakes)

I've had some interest in just f/f/hs which I'd prefer not to sell as I don't have another bike that would accept these wheels, but if I don't have any interest in complete or rolling, I'd consider it for $1300 + shipping.

I'm happy to entertain offers if you've got a need for some parts, but not others. The worst I can say is no...

-all stickers have been removed and the bike cleaned up. up-to-date photos are in the original post. no dents or dings, but some scrapes from normal use, especially at rack attachment points-
