WTB: 56-60cm Rivendell near DC

Hi there, I'm in the DC area and looking for a Rivendell that would fit someone who is 6'0" with a pbh of 88-89. Figure that's somewhere around 56-60cm for most models.

Open to most models, though leaning more toward the road side of things as this will be used for daily commuting. Best of all would be an A. Homer Hilsen with the Latin inscription (Waterford/Toyo era)!
