my both LEDs gets illuminated when i change the potentiometer value
Also only one LDR is responding
please help to remove this problem

if u r talking about both the LEDs connected to the output of LM324
then the possibility is that u might be changing the resistance of the
reference potentiometer that u have connected directly to the IC LM324
while u must change the values of the resistance of the potentiometer
in series to the LDR.
