PPTS on Rostrum - Project Management

Dear Team,

I find it surprising that all the ppts are not uploaded on Box for Rostrum access.

Also, It is basic common sense to number ppts as per course outline topic nos, which also is not being followed.  How you do you expect students to relate PPT to course outline topic in such a scenario?

I have renumbered some ppts.  kindly ensure your ppts are in sequence.  The absolute basic requirement of giving out notes to student is to ensure it is on Rostrum, and is numbered as per course outline.

I do hope I don't need to repeat such instructions in the future.

Also, I do not approve of only emailing ppts to the class, which most of you have been practising, instead of uploading on Rostrum. Emailing is an option, Rostrum upload is not.  Besides, even class notes which students email should be uploaded on rostrum for future referemcing.

It is disappointing to say the least the faculty members DO NOT follow standard procedures.
