Submitting an updated uno.rb file.

Hello.

My friend, a developer/programmer in Windows, updated uno.rb file to
add and fix stuff for my local Rbot copy in Debian/Linux. We would
like to share this updated uno.rb. However, http://ruby-rbot.org/rbot-trac/wiki/RbotDevelopment
says we have to use this setup which is complicated, I am not a
programmer/developer, and he doesn't use Linux/Debian.

What's the best way to submit our uno.rb file?
