Block 4- two important notes

First- thanks to John Richardson for keeping things running with the disk.  It may seem like a small thing, but having him take heavy lifting during season has been huge.

Second- PLEASE, PLEASE get games and game plans in on time.  There is over a week for CMs.  There is about 3 weeks for games.   Manage time accordingly.    Thanks
