A kronecker function for a ddmatrix (pbdDMAT)

Hi All,

Is it possible to get a kronecker function for ddmatrix objects. 

This will be very useful for multivariate algorithms that will take advantage of the distributed matrices.

I do not know how this works for ddmatrices so I will appreciate if anybody has code or ideas.
