Genius consulting is recruiting B.Tech Students on its roll for a leading IT company on fixed renewal agreement opportunities.

• DATE: 26th SEP 2012

• VENUE: MOHALI CAMPUS

• DESIGNATION: Operations Executive- Assessment Support - Chandigarh

• PACKAGE:  1.44 lac Pa + Travelling/Mobile/ Food and other Allowances as per company Policy.

• ELIGIBILITY: Candidate should be BTECH -2012 in CSE, ECE & IT with NO Back LOG.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good Communication skills in English/Hindi
• Candidate should be aggressive and assertive
• Candidate should be willing to travel to other locations also and should be willing to stay for a month at least for operational activities at given centre if required.
• Candidate should be willing to relocate out of his home town location in case of outstation candidates.
• Candidate should be computer savvy.
• Candidate should be willing to work in weekends.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS:-

 Screening of Profiles as per above criteria

 Written Online Assessment: The test will be conducted by IT Company and Genius Spoc. It’s a online test to be provided by client and marks will be obtained immediately after the test and the rating to be put into the interview assessment sheets of the shortlisted candidates by Genius SPOC.

 Passage/Essay round:-   Those who will clear the above Test will have to write a 15 mins. English Passage / Essay which Genius will prepare and conduct. It will be on 05 marks to test the written English skills of the candidates. The evaluation to be done on the basis of the content of the passage, basic writing skills, grammatical & spelling errors if any.

 Personal interview:   Those who are passing the above Test will appear for Personal round , which will be taken by IT Company& Genius SPOC .
