First - sorry for any miscommunication on the ending time for yesterday... We started the session assessing everyone in some skill/speed areas. We will only do this assessment twice, once now and once in the spring to see improvements etc... I did tell the girls at the previous session, but I should have sent an email reminder...

Next week we are back to 3-4pm for the workouts... Mon, Tue and Friday next week... BTW -- if you haven't noticed, I have added the workouts to the site calendar, so you can always check the schedule here...

Please make sure you are doing the ankle inversions/eversions at home...! Jumping rope is a another great thing to do at home... speed jumping would be the thing to do... Warmup for a few minutes just to get your heart rate up... Then as fast as you can for 1 minute... rest for 30 seconds, that is one set... 3 sets... another 3 sets with double jumping before the rope goes around... Less than 15 minutes with the jump rope, ankle exercises... That is a great addition with little time...!

See you monday!! I doubt if we are going to get gym time for a while, so plan on the grass area for a while... If it is raining, start the text chain... I am trying to get us weight room time once a week...
