Dear fellow rainbow Bridgers，
Very excited to announce that a very beautiful, warmhearted girl joined
us last Saturday and became the No.26 current member of our rainbow bridge TMC in this frozen winter！（here comes some applause please！...）
She is Alina Liu. Alina is a female name of Greek origin which means “light”.
It is still regarded as a relatively rare and exotic name in the Western world. Probably she would be the youngest member in our club for now, let’s try our best to take good care of this younger sister ^^
And some words to Alina: really welcome to become a member of our family, and believe you can jump out of your comfort zone, enjoy the stage and discover a better you in the near future!

As a official toastmaster registered in TI website, you will be endowed with the rights as below:
1.Regular meeting roles: welcome to reserve speech role of any regular meeting, with it you will discover your improvement gradually
2.Trainning: receive NMO(new member orientation)training generally organized by council level, and also various of other training from council and district level(LEAD, COT, Smart CC, Smart AC…)
3.Mentorship:in order to develop your communication skill effectively, you can select one mentor from toastmaster who has already delivered six CC speeches
4.Officer election: be elected as an officer to serve our club and develop your leadership in the other hand, you even have chance to go farther for Area, Council, District Level Officer Position
5.Contest: from club level to district level, we provide you a huge stage for you to show and develop
6.Regular meeting video: you can review the video recorded every regular meeting to rethink your speech performance, with this way, believe you will obtain further progress effectively
7.Magazine: club will receive some TI Magazine, you also can read it on TI official website
8.Friendship: please feel free to enjoy this family, try to involve us, you will find this is more than a club, it is a harbor, a street lamp, a happiness community.
