green infrastructure

 I am involved in a public private partnership to invest in green
infrastructure in south cook and south Chicago linked wetlands to manage 

and clean stormwater.  It seems to me now that the wetlands could use smart

controls on any pipe that could control water levels to better manage stormwater

and the impact of water levels on native plants.   Is anyone working on how opensprinkler 

could be used in such installations. Could anyone recommend someone to whowI could discuss this idea.
