Finally: My best contact at Berkeley Parks and Wreck recently retired and I’m having trouble getting a verification that no other group has the field reserved, but for various reasons, I’m pretty sure that’s the case. On the other hand, there may be lots of doggie people around, though I’m pretty sure I’d be able to woo them off the field with kindness, diplomacy, and generous offers of weed and zinc.
