Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of professional software development experience.
Minimum 2+ years of experience leading development teams in a Technical Lead capacity.
Strong experience designing, building, and supporting enterprise-grade cloud-native applications.
Proven track record of mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of software engineering experience.
5+ years of technical leadership experience.
Experience supporting customer engagement or contact center platforms.
Knowledge of observability and monitoring platforms.
Experience with large-scale distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
Exposure to enterprise modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.
