Job Description:

• Design, architect, and build highly scalable microservices and backend platforms using Python.
• Lead architecture decisions for distributed systems, including service boundaries, API design, data flow, fault tolerance, and scalability patterns.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and event-driven services with a strong focus on reliability, performance, and security.
• Drive best practices for clean code, testing, code reviews, CI/CD, and automated quality gates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate product and business requirements into technical architecture and implementation.
• Optimize system performance through profiling, caching, asynchronous processing, and database/query tuning.
• Implement observability standards including logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, and production readiness reviews.
• Guide containerization and deployment strategies using tools such as Docker and Kubernetes in cloud environments.
• Mentor engineers, contribute to technical roadmaps, and promote engineering excellence across the team.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive long-term corrective actions.
