RAxML-ng runtime error in this instance (ERROR: std::bad_alloc)

Hi,

RAxML-ng is raising a runtime error (ERROR: std::bad_alloc) in this instance. I couldn't figure out what went wrong. I attached input and output files.

Hi Metin,

it looks like you have a broken checkpoint file, could you please restart with --redo?

Also, in the log file, I see that there were multiple interrupted raxml-ng invocations prior to the
std::bad_alloc error, did they fail with (another) error or have you manually terminated them?

Hi Alexey,

Yes, broken checkpoint file was indeed the issue.
I couldn't find out the reason why it terminated early in my first attempt. Let's close the ticket.
