outgroup in RAxML

Dear all,

                      I am a fresher in RAxML.I want to do a partitioned analysis in RAxML-NG. I tried this in cipres but failed.Then I switch to RAxML-NG Blackbox,but stucked in specifing outgroup. Is there any provision to give outgroup in RAxML-NG blackbox...? Or is there any other solution for this?.

It seems that we forgot to offer an outgroup option there.

How about you just do the tree inference on your data without the
outgroup option (but including the outgroup data) and then just root the
tree after the analysis on the outgroup with a tree viewer?

An outgroup is just a drawing option anyway.
