Hi all,
I am interested in reconstructing phylogenies using low-coverage whole genome sequencing data. Recently, I came across a post on using genotype likelihood data for phylogeny reconstruction (see link), and it sparked my curiosity about the methodologies involved.
If you know of any literature that decribes this phylogenetic analysis method, I’d really appreciate it if you could share it with me.
