Is there a --quiet or --verbose=0 option for raxml-ng

Running raxml-ng in a pipeline, I'd like to get the minimum amount of output sent to the screen.

Hi Steve,

you can use "--log ERROR" to suppress all output, however this will also affect the log file.

Alternatively, if you call raxml-ng from a pipeline, you can simply redirect screen output to /dev/null:

raxml-ng -search -msa msa.phy -model GTR+G > /dev/null
